On this page, you can find everything you may ever wish to know about the tournament, and then some. At the moment, we are still very busy with the organization of the tournament. When and where
The tournament will be held from Thursday September 4 until Sunday September 7, 2025. The venue of the tournament is the luxurious hotel De Bonte Wever in Assen, the Netherlands.
Tournament details
- Event: international showdown tournament open to all players – both visually impaired and sighted.
- Organized by: Showdown Vereniging Cannonballs Assen
- Tournament venue: hotel De Bonte Wever Assen, Stadsbroek 17, 9405 BK Assen, the Netherlands
- Opening ceremony: Thursday, after dinner
- Matches: Friday and Saturday
- Closing ceremony: Saturday, before dinner
- Players: a maximum of 50 players, separate competitions for men and women.
- Matches will be played as best of three.
